Service is done on time, as promised, generally below the quoted price, and I never feel like they have pushed work that I didn't need . . .to the contrary, when a tire shop wanted to do $800 worth of suspension work, I asked Toyota GR for a second opinion - suspension is fine! The service department staff are courteous, patient, and efficient. The waiting room is outstanding - comfortable with space to work quietly."
